Cookies
This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why we do not ask you to accept any.
Visit statistics
To know which pages are read, we use Umami, a cookieless visit counter.
Collected: the address (without query parameters) and title of the page visited, the address of the page you arrived from, country and region, browser type and language, operating system, device type and screen size, and a temporary, regularly rotated identifier. Per Umami's documentation, your IP address is used only to determine that location and to generate that identifier, and is stored neither in their database nor in any log.
If your browser has Do Not Track enabled, we record no visit at all.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in knowing which pages are read and improving the site's content. We ourselves build no visitor profiles, and we do not sell or trade the data.
The data is processed on our behalf by Umami Software, Inc., and is stored in the European Union. Their privacy policy is at umami.is. Statistics are kept for six months.
Correspondence
If you email us, we keep your message. We do not record calls, and we write nothing down from them — what is said on the telephone is not stored anywhere. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry properly. We keep messages for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to data portability.
You also have the right to object at any time to this processing, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Please note: the identifier used in the visit statistics rotates regularly and is linked to neither your name, nor your email, nor any other identifying detail, so we cannot match such a request to a particular statistics record.
Write to info@kaupro.lt. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt).
